David Tennant, aka the most popular Doctor Who, will appear in a pilot for NBC where he gets all lawyer-y and manic, instead of Doctor-y and manic. And by “US TV,” they mean Network TV. And by “debut,” they mean “might get picked up by NBC or might never air at all.”
