Just read that Seth MacFarlane of The Family Guy fame is planning to record a Big Band album.

This is most excellent news. I had the pleasure of seeing him perform a Big Band set live at the Salt Lake City Jazz Festival last month, and he is just outstanding. Can’t wait to pick up the album when it is released!
